Job Description

• To Advise and train dairy processors in areas of dairy processing, packaging and on-site consultancy service to customers.
• Contribute to new business development, quality control and hygiene, milk collection and distribution, plant operations, systems and policies.
• Assist dairy producer groups and processors to develop viable, profitable business plans.
• Provide support in these areas to dairy development projects across the Middle East & Africa.
• Pre/Post-sales support for UHT & aseptic packaging related products of production service business.
• Convince customer about advantages of dairy processing solution against competitor’s products.
• Must have knowledge in handling files with different formats used in the dairy product processing plants.
• Able to open design files to identify and correct problems & depth knowledge of all dairy processing system.
• Dairy product knowledge with effective solution- experienced using best dairy management tools and application

Expectations:

• MS/ Master Degree- Graduated in food technology and dairy as a major is preferred
• At least 10 years’ experience in production of value-added dairy products or dairy plant management experience.
• Strong communication skills – spoken, written and presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• High responsibility, Can do attitude & Strong teamwork
• Willing to travel domestic & overseas to deliver training and consultancy to dairy product processing customers.
• English fluently – spoken, listening, reading and written is required.
